PRO Grant Applications are due Friday June 11! Don’t miss this opportunity to apply for up to $1,000 for a parent involvement related project at your school next year!

On Monday, May 31, we had an information session hosted jointly by OCASC and the OCDSB, featuring a presentation and question and answer session with the Doug Tateishi from Regional Office of the Ministry of Education.

PRO Grant Information Evening

The joint OCASC / OCDSB / Ministry of Education Information Evening for PRO Grant applications will be held on Monday, May 31 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Library at Fisher Park School, 250 Holland Avenue.

The deadline for PRO grant applications is June 11. Join us to find out the ins and outs of completing a successful application form – get ideas for great projects and tips about what expenses to include and what not to in your application.

Advocacy Workshop

OCASC is sponsoring a workshop for parents on how to effectively advocate in order to help ensure your student has their individual needs met in our ever more complex education system.

The event will take place at Fisher Park School on May 27 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. No fees! Everyone is welcome! Please join us.
